Terms and Conditions of Sales
**HAIFU does business with importers and wholesalers from more than 35 countries and redions worldwide with an annual export value of over 80 million US dollars.For our buyer's convenience and well understanding of our businesspronciple,we here set down our trade term and conditions in advance as follows.
Order Quantity
* Minimum order quantity we could accept is 1000 Unit of own brand and 3000 Unit of ¡°OEM¡± brand.
* 5%more or less for each shipment is possible.
* Some orders may be delayed or canceled due to some courses or reasons out of the control of "HAIFU".
Peyment Terms
* L/C at sight,20-30% deposit and balance by T/Tagainst the fax of the ocean B/L.
Ocean B/L
* In order to ensure both our buyer's benefie and our selves.We only accept Ocean B/L,any forwarder's B/L will be unacceptable.
Quality Assurance
* General we always probide merchandise of customer-required quality,or as good quality as possible to enhance our clients' business.
* Most of our products with "CE","GS" approval and some items even with "UL" approbal for USA and Canada market.
* We have a special QC team execute the inspection method of AQL level.
* In case there is any main defect,serious damage or huge mistakes,we will compensate for all the loss on convictive evidence.
Trademarks Protection
* We protect customers' trademarks,and we will never ship trademarketed products to third party or unrelated parties.
